Leasing:    Lease per bedroom. Typically 12 month lease (starting and ending Aug). You can choose your own roommate or ask the rental office for roommate matching. 
Condition: Private bathroom in each bedroom. Furniture includes full size mattress, dresser, a study desk, and a chair. Shared furniture includes sofa, coffee table, end table, dining table, dining chair, washer, and dryer. Amenities include club house, game room, fitness center, swimming pool, all season hot tub, indoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, computer lab with free printing, study room, and party room.
Rent Coverage: Furniture, Internet, cable TV, free parking, water/sewer, trash removal. Tenants pay gas and electricity.

Bus Info: 1 mile east of CMU campus, on Collegiate Way. City bus is free. A shuttle bus stop is near the residents lounge, with frequent shuttle service to campus Monday through Friday. It is only 5-minute shuttle ride from apartment to CMU campus.
