You can visit your rental office with a print-out of your WE discount coupon. New students can apply by email. Click to download the application file: <2900 Place Application> Please print, fill and scan your application and roommate form. Email the application, roommate form, and WE card and discount coupon images to the rental office (emack@thesterlinggrp.com ) and CC a copy to WE (info@ibces.com). You will receive an official rental agreement. You then sign the lease and pay fees/deposit if any. |
