1. Get WE card and Discount Coupon:
    Fill WE Membership Form (http://www.worldelites.org/we/WE_form.doc) and mail to (we@ibces.com).  We will send you the card/coupon images next day.

2. Sign lease with WE discount:
   You can visit your rental office with a copy of your WE discount coupon print-out.

    Please send your application forms, WE discount coupon images, to CollegeStation.Manager@dmcdevelopers.com and CC the email to WE (info@ibces.com ). You will receive a rental agreement from the apartment office. You can then sign, scan and email it back to the rental office. The apartment may require application fee and deposit.
