1. Get you free WE card and discount coupon If you have have not get a free WE membership card, please fill WE form (http://www.ibces.com/we/WE_application_form.doc ) and mail to we@ibces.com . The free WE discount coupon will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Current WE members, please email your WE card number and request a new free coupon to we@ibces.com . The free WE discount coupon will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Note: The WE discount is guaranteed to be lower than any other special from the apartment. If the apartment offers a limited-time special promotion with a lower rate, WE discount will automatically be 1~3% lower than the special promotion. See each apartment discount page for more detail.
2. Sign lease with WE discount. Bring a print-out of your WE membership and discount coupon, and present them to the apartment rental office. Your lease will get a WE discounted rate. WE members from other cities can sign lease and get discount by email. You can fill the apartment application form (and roommate match form), sign and scan it. Then email the scanned images and your WE membership card and discount coupon to the rental office (to the dedicated email address). Note: Each apartment has its rent application form (and roommate match form) and a dedicated email address. Please check their the detail explanation for your apartment.
